Professional Bio

Over the last 20+ years, Stephen L. Klimjack has been dedicated to helping people with their legal needs.  He has helped thousands of people save their cars and homes and eliminate their debts.  He has been involved in numerous high-profile class actions around the nation, including Avery v. State Farm, where a verdict was rendered on behalf of a class of State Farm insureds for $1.2 billion. He is listed in the National Registry of Who’s Who for his successes.

Practice Areas

His practice focuses in the areas of Consumer Bankruptcy. Mr. Klimjack is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Florida Bar, the Mobile Bar Association (past chair of the Bankruptcy Section), and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the all district in Alabama (Southern, Middle and Northern) and the Northern District of Florida. He has offices in Mobile, Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama metropolitan areas.
